Presale is over. If you ordered tickets online and have not received them in the mail, they will be available at the gate, Will-Call. Just bring an I.D. with the name that the tickets were bought under. Weekend and Day Passes Available at the Gate Thursday - Sunday: $80 Friday - Sunday: $70 Saturday - Sunday: $50 Sunday : $30 Everyone must leave by Monday 11 am. Children 12 & Under FREE Children under 18 must be accompianed by parent or legal guardian. No refunds will be available. (One of Last year's tickets)  We'd like to thank our ticket sponsor The Saint.  The Official RULES of the Land 1. NO GLASS BOTTLES. 2. Come with a positive attitude and good intentions. 3. No illicit drugs, nitrous, and weapons will be allowed. 4. No speeding or reckless driving on the grounds. 5. Absolutely no fireworks or open campfires of any kind. 6. Dogs are to be leashed at ALL times. 7. Absolutely no saving of camp space. Camping spots will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions! 8. Wristbands must stay on at all times. Broken bands must be returned for replacement. 9. Absolutely no 3 or 4 wheelers, unregistered vehicles, golf carts or ATV's, etc. 10. PhanPhest Entertainment and Kempton Community Recreation Center are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from any accident at Phan Phest. 11. Absolutely no glass containers or beer kegs are allowed. 12. Please use garbage can provided for trash, including cigarette butts. Kempton Community Recreation Center is a lovely place, and we'd like to be welcomed back for future events. Please be conscientious of disposing of all trash in appropriate recepticals. Please ask your neighbors to do the same. It is kind of Kempton Community Recreation Center to grant us use of their land for our festival, and the grounds should be respected, just as Mother Earth should always be respected. * Redemption of ticket certifies individual consent to appear on video tape.
